I am blessed to have 2 groups of men in my life that will literally do anything for each other. We were on athletic teams 20-22 years ago and we still get together a few times a year and have group chats going daily where we bust each others balls. There have been several unbelievable, six figure acts of generosity when somebody hit major adversity. There are at least 25 guys out there I could call for help with no questions asked. It’s a different bond that women don’t understand.

Damn this hit me hard. Closest I ever came to having these kinda buddies was in college a couple years ago (not like US college). We used to hang out in coffee shops and have a coffee and chat or on lunch or weekends. The course was only a year, I lost contact with them all, but I won't forget them. Me and one even used to spar together which was fun, because testing yourself against a friend is good and you know if shit ever goes down, you got each others backs. One stayed in college, one left and worked for his dad, another who was quite older well I don't know what happened to him.
