Virtual Private Network. They will be technophiles like their mother because that is how you nourish and nurture curiosity. From a young age. Don't thwart it and snuff the fun out of their lives. There are parental controls out there. PUT IN THE WORK and learn how to use them.
The difference between me and other children is that I spent 16 hours / day on the internet learning as a kid. I learned a LOT of things. It was the most valuable period of my life and it has immensely shaped who I am today.
