Join up at a gym, try to get a workout partner or partners. Ask where the high end pussy hangs out, and start building a social circle around it. People gotta see you and associate you with positive energy, which at 19 should be a fucking piece of cake. You don't know how lucky you are to be red pill at that age. I'd give my right nut to go back.

You will often find camaraderie in sports, so join a league or a club that meets regularly. I have met many with it guys in martial arts over the decades, along with a few wierdos, of course.

Follow Roosh's advice and learn to go out solo. Yes, you need to concentrate on money, lifting, reading books, etc. But nothing builds social skills as quickly as the crucible that is cold-approach pick-up.

When I was your age I found myself in the same situation. I went out twice a week minimum and just talked to girls. I didn't have the same resources that the manosphere provides today, so progress was much slower, but it made me the man I am.

Go to 18+ clubs. Start by opening guys. Make friends with them. A lot of guys at clubs are douchebags, but at the same time, they're pretty chill dudes. Approach women with a group of guys you meet at the club, get numbers of both genders, go back the next week.

I'll advise you to not burn your bridges. If you like playing video games then keep playing, but don't let it capitalize your time.

As for building new social circles, meetup.com groups are fantastic. Also just start going out to bars and clubs and hanging out on off-nights to make friends with the staff. Eventually you'll make friends and IMO the nighlife industry is where it's at. I just went out with 3 model-hot chicks and 2 porn star quality chicks just last night and it was pretty awesome, all because I'm friends with a ton of industry folks. However, if going to bars and clubs isn't your thing, then don't do that. To be clear, I'm only giving you this example because I love the nightlife industry in my city and go out all the time and don't like to sit around the house. To paraphrase AFC Adam, you want to formulate a lifestyle that's based on your own interests. If you like art, then do stuff in the art industry. Make friends and host events. The idea is to cultivate high status in your social circle, whatever that may be. His advice to me was to go out, meet people, find out who has similar interests to your own (higher propinquity), and once a month host an event relating to those interests where you'd invite all the women you met the past couple weeks beforehand. All the women who do show up will see all the other women who are there to meet you and attend your event. This is what just happened last night with the women I went out with. Made my gf supremely jealous and she really had to be on her a-game to hold my attention.

Being social and making friends takes time, but the dividends are enormous. Took me about 5 years to get where I wanted, but I'm really happy with my current lifestyle.

If you want to find friends that go out and do shit, then go out and do shit. Meet other males. Bond. Repeat.

I started going to the rock gym and made all sorts of friends while also working on my body and learning a really fun skill.

You could do that if all else fails.
