TOO LONG DON'T WANT TO READ: This is where 6 months of pure dedication can take you.

If you are someone well built and fit who sports frequently, this is obviously not aimed at you. But acknowledge that the state you are in right now was the normal state when we were so called "cavemen", or better said, in times where we didn't have anything like machines doing the work for us.

Back in the good ol' days, when everything was basically shit, our bodies weren't. We, humans, worked hard with our bodies, strained it every day to work for food, build the beginning of society, travel. We burned calories, we didn't eat processed garbage and we were on the move all the time. Our muscles, bodies, minds were in mint condition, like the marble body of a greek god.

Now we have cars, public transport, couches, shitty cheap food and asses that spend more time on the chair than actually doing some physical activity. So much techology is aimed to spend less energy, both physically and mentally to increase its efficiency.

Just look at these bodies who did just 2 months what our bodies tended to do for atleast 20 years straight:

This, is how a human body is supposed to look like. Do these people look like the types that would say that obesity is a body type? That it's an illness? I don't want to get too far into this, some people really have the bad luck of not being able to do something about it, but plenty just lack the willpower to change. These people rather just starve than actually go out and move every day to give the body the movement it daily needs. Not like "needs or it will die", but "needs it to stay in the shape it is supposed to be in".

Do yourself a favor and go through your entire friendlist on Facebook, go through every male and think whether: -You would be attracted to this male -this male has a strong and fit body -you think that he can become much more attractive if he just hit the gym and started a proper diet

The answers are obvious, but it's necessary to look at it with your own eyes, see real life examples or real people. Now do yourself a favor, and keep the statistics. Note down how many are obese, normal, skinny or athletic/fit (not skinny fit, but athletic with muscles fit). Look at the statistics, and consider where you are. Stand in front of the mirror, and no matter how you look like, consider how much effort you are doing for your body. How you are feeding it, how you are training it, how you RESPECT it, and ask yourself if you can do better.

We have been conditioned in this century to accept that a skinny body is fairly normal, and that the muscly athletic bodies are hard to achieve. It was only today when I looked on Facebook around and was shocked how terrible the state of the male body is these days. I used to do sports and my body is still looking fit, but with all honestly, when I look in the mirror, I find myself skinny, not having the body that I want to have, what I find attractive, and I started hitting the gym to get there by spring and atleast see progress.

Don't have the goal in mind only, but find your instant gratification too. You will feel fit on a everyday basis, even if you don't SEE it, you will FEEL it. Your muscles will feel easier, stronger, your heart will get used to the cardio training and you won't get so tired after taking a few steps on the stairs. You do it NOW to be fit, and your FUTURE will be rewarded with a great body as the grand prize for keeping it up. You will feel fitter, healthier, your daily life will be less tiring, more T, more serotonin, you sleep better (I do atleast), people will like you more (and especially women). You get rewarded with serotonin and high T because it is a reward for doing that hard physical work!

I'm not a trainer, I'm not a physician or a doctor or any of that, but I have a pair of eyes and I see that the male population has degenerated to wimps that have thighs thinner than some men out there. Stop being this: http://media.gettyimages.com/photos/skinny-man-traininghis-biceps-muscle-and-taking-a-protein-shake-picture-id533741389 and become more like this: https://data.whicdn.com/images/158115747/original.jpg

In the good ol' days, your body was actually building muscle when you were growing up and became a real man, but in these days of deficiency of physical activity, your body remains in the early teenage state, which basically mean that if you don't have the muscle mass like the guy in the last picture, you have never grown up to be a man. And that is exactly what women mean by wanting a "real man". A real man has succeeded in grapsing the opportunity that nature has given him to build the body it can make. The current modern degenerates have let this opportunity go past by because they have adapted to the ass sitting lifestyle and are punished with 30 year old bodies that look like prepubescent teenagers.

If you still can't accept that fatness is the fault of our current lifestyle, look at your own body, look at fatties around you. So many fat dogs, fat cats, fat whatever because they get the food served under their noses and don't have to do any work for it. Have you ever seen a fat bobcat? A fat fox? A fat elephant? Tiger, lion, deer, moose, polar bear???

Do yourself a fucking favor and hit the gym, eat healthy, build muscle. Become a man, stop being a wimp.
