I used to be all for abortion... until I learned that men couldn't do the same thing. When I learned that men have zero reproduction rights, I decided that "fuck women! Make them take responsibility and raise their fucking child" was a much more productive stance to take. Women have only themselves to blame for me going my own way.

I'm from Alabama. I still live here, and this just makes me cringe. I don't understand why our law makers are concerned with shit like this when there's so much else to be fixed.

You can say "Well at least women will have to take responsibility now." But this has nothing to do with that, this is simply them just using their political positions to flex their own beliefs.

As someone that doesn't want to be a father, this isn't exactly great for me, luckily I don't live anywhere close to Alabama. I personally don't agree with what most on here say about abortion, I'm pro-death you might say. There's sometimes when complications forced an emergency abortion, and what about rape, inbreeding etc, abortion needs to be a thing in those types of situations. Trying to see it from a woman's point of view, if I didn't want to be a parent and the place I lived would force me to keep the child I'd likely just move somewhere else and get rid of it.

In my opinion neither side wants more abortions, it's a terrible thing to have to do, but the option should be there for the situations I mentioned above. If I got some girl pregnant and I wanted it but she didn't, fine, it's her body yeknow. But likewise in the opposite situation where I didn't want to be a parent but she did, I'd like the option to opt out of responsibility. Women get a choice, men don't, taking away women's choice doesn't fix the situation, but giving men the choice to legally be a parent or not should be a thing in my opinion.

Just my thoughts on this whole thing.

I honestly can’t imagine them passing this successfully. Politicians will eventually cave to women and do whatever the WAHMEN demand.

Am I mistaken in understanding that a felony is the breaking of a federal law? Or do state laws count?

If men have a right to women's body's, Then that opens a door for a women to have rights to a man's sperm. There is a case like this that is/has happened.
If you want to be a father get a surrogate, or adopt.
What makes you think a woman, who is forced to have your child wont drink and smoke the whole pregnancy to get back at you.
