Wouldn't hurt to bounce some of this off a university therapist and see how that goes if you haven't already, they're generally very good at their jobs and do actually help. But as someone who had a somewhat similar story 2 years ago i wanna make sure you know that if you lose everything thats kept you going this long (your accomplishments in school, being able to be proud of taking care of your shit, feeling like youre moving toward your eventual goal or dream, ect.) you wont be happy even if you do end up getting what you want.

Make the efforts you can as far as your appearance (play your strengths), and try to put yourself in new situations that help you meet new people. Generally if youre still very unexperienced its better to cultivate something or try to hook up with someone you've met in person, comparatively less awkward than tinder. Honestly, there are tips people can give for how to get laid more frequently, but it rarely translates to getting laid your first time. At this point continue maintaining your routine, add as much as you can handle, take advantage of the time you have given that you have a pre-med majors schedule.

Ok yeah, shit sucks right now. But trust me, I was in a VERY similar position as you (at least mentally, I'm white and 6'0, still was a kissless virgin up until I was 18), and despite having my shit together in every other way (lifted, was good at school, no significant mental issues, good hygiene, low-to middling social skills) shit absolutely sucked.

This was sometime before new years, and so new years eve, I send her a message "I'd wish you happy new years, but I think it'd be better IRL", and she immediately agrees and sets up a time we'll meet (it was at 3 AM). We meet, we kiss, I , of course, fuck it up afterwards cause I didn't really care about her and was still fucking orbiting that other chick (hence the importance of mentioning her in the story), and now she's with a guy who looks disturbingly like me, only a bit taller, ever since like march or some shit.

BUT! Just the fact such a hot chick wanted ME, even though it didn't last long, basically gave me all the confidence in the world I needed. Since her, this year, I've made out with 4 more chicks (in intervals of about a one and a half month at random parties), which, while actually fucking laughable in general, is way more than enough for me (consider that until this past new years', for 18 years of my life, I hadn't kissed ONCE).

What's the point of this story? Even if you feel like absolute shit, like you'll never be desirable to a woman, some chick, somewhere, wants you. You'd just have to get lucky to meet her.

Of course, that last sentence is very unfitting for red pill, it equates to potential one-itis (that I probably actually have for the chick I kissed) but you're no regular red pill member, and I'm sharing a story from my blue pill days.

In the absolute worst case where you don't have the skills for skills, just pay for it and get it over with.

It's a piece of advice that only experience will teach out. Girls/Kiss/Sex is such a side piece of life. It's like the pot of gold that's not worth very much. Honestly, generally its you doing all the work, so if you have the right mind set. you're actually pleasuring them, they don't give you shit. That's really my mindset now.
