Can a girl be alpha widowed multiple times, or can a girl have multiple alphas throughout her life?

I have a good friend who I would consider alpha in manner, plated a lot of girls, tall and is objectively handsome, however, he developed a sort of oneitis for this 22 years old HB8/9 girl who not too recently split up with her dark triadish abusive boyfriend of 5 years.

My friend wants to LTR this aforementioned girl, but can an alpha widow like her be considered LTR material at all, especially that she still craves her ex? How do you get over the fear of being cheated on in a LTR?

I've been cheated on twice before in LTR's and I'm currently in the greatest LTR of my life with a fantastic girl, however that fear still lingers and I find myself over analysing things she says and does and getting worried that she might be cheating.

Where do you know where Frame ends and self-aggrandizing begins? I feel like there's a thin line between having confidence in your self and just telling yourself that you're the shit. There needs to be substance to back up confidence otherwise it's simply bravado. But I'm guessing that comes with time and once you actually begin to build your value

What are the first steps to initiating a change when people around already have their opinions set of who you are (BP)I.e friends, family, etc. whenever I start acting more RP people around me think that it's just a show. Should I continue being RP regardless of how they perceive me and just hope that they'll begin to understand that I'm a changed person or is there something I have to actively do to change their perceptions of me? Hello, My question may look like it has nothing to do with TRP, but I actually need to solve this problem to efficiently improve myself. I have trouble sleeping because my family makes too much noise (from 5 am to 0 am). I cannot use earplugs because they fall out of my hair, and I've already tried talked to my family about it but they just laughed it off.

My question is, how do you make a woman interested in you without seeming to invested in them? I text girls all the time, and I know the 3:2 ratio, but when a girl texts dry, and you have to text dryer, how do you build interest?
