I am currently in that very same position: broke up with a toxic thot who started riding the CC a couple of weeks after we broke up, while I spent every single minute of my life thinking about what I've done wrong (I didn't realize she was the problem back then).

Then she started sending messages with things like "i love you", "i want you back", and only recently I've found the strength to end things and sent her a package full of her stuff.

The best thing to do in this kind of situations is to cut contacts. Don't answer messages and phone calls, ignore her and move on. It hurts like hell, but it's the right thing to do.

Never respond to those texts, block them when you break up with them and after you’ve told her what you wanted to. Women will just reach out to you after the breakup to see if you’re still thirsty enough to be a backup boy. It’s all games.

I had a married woman with 2 kids try to branch swing to me. I totally shut her shit down and pretty much said the same thing. Split up with his ass first and then maybe we'll see what happens.
