Considering doing this. Here’s the basic facts:

Been divorced for about 7 years. We coparent well and get along well.

No chance of ever getting back together. I’d never be that thirsty.

I’m concerned some type of entitlement will be created for her through her paying rent. Example: she all of sudden gets half the house type shit. *ex IS NOT on the deed.

I’m planning on moving to further my career. I would never tell her that, just moving to blah blah blah, and would love to keep the house.

Thoughts? Good idea? Bad idea?

I will not rent to her. If anything I’ll hire a company to handle it (wish I could tell them NO women!).
