I was in Marseille airport, waiting for hours, bored, nothing to do but look around. I was sitting in Starbucks sippin on a hot cuppa tea when this cute blonde in a red dress caught my eye, very adorable, sweet and innocent looking. Kind of a Sandy from Grease kinda thing. It was one of those immediate simple crushes. Anyway, she sat down near me with a big drink that had a straw. She then takes out her massive phone, puts the straw in her mouth as if she were sucking on a dick in order to take quite a few selfies. She was doing it as if she wasnt in public, you know? After she took enough to make her feel ok about it, she then started croppin and using this editing system lightening fast, it was a shocking speed of manipulation being done to this photo, coloring, shading, tinting, all lightening fast with her fingers like she has done it 5000 times, like she was doing a rubix cube world record blindfolded. As soon as I saw her do that everything I thought might be interesting about her vanished, she was suddenly nothing to me, just self cenetered, typical, shallow and a host of other negative qualities. It was dissapointing. Not that im looking for love or relationship or any of that shit, at all, but it would just be nice to see a charming female every now and then. It would just be a nice thing to see, thats all. I had a lot of airport waiting time to think about these types of people. What kind of human being takes a selfie? Why do we live in a world where the word 'selfie' exists? Just dissapointing all round :/
