but it did make me think - what was she upset ABOUT? women tend to react emotionally to stuff they already feel, but can't conceptualize or verbalize very precisely. is there a growing subconscious sense among women that the system isn't stable, and that men "defecting" from the system threatens their safety? maybe that's too broad of a conclusion to reach, but i wonder...
