I don’t know what TFL is, but you really don’t have to be alone or “unloved”.

Some easy fixes:

Pet- specifically a dog
Male friends- irl, online, guys at the gym, etc. Example - I have a Groupme with about 20 guys in my city that I play basketball with. We run games 3-4 days a week. Gaming too. Join a twitch chat or even stream yourself
Family (if you like them)

Sex/Love - hire a professional. Women don’t love most men anyway

I've been "in love" more than once. I was married. I lived with a girl three different times. And, much like a soldier returning home from the battlefield, I have my scars and I feel lucky as all hell to have made it out the other side.

Trust me, "love" for a man is a few months of a drug high followed by years of slowly being sucked dry of motivation, energy, focus, happiness and freedom. It's vampirism of the male by the female.

The primary risk is marriage and cohabitation. You can still be with women, as long as it's outside of your school or workplace you can minimize risk. For guys who have trouble attracting women, you're not missing out on nearly as much as you think you are. Based on MGTOW reviews of sexdolls that's probably a great alternative. You can still have kids as well, through surrogacy or potentially artificial wombs down the line. Pets and friends are arguably better companions than wives, so those seem like great options.

With surrogacy and artificial wombs you can even get top quality genetics for your kids, and the only upper limit for the number of kids is money, so you could build your own little basketball team if you wanted.

It feels like the future is going to be pretty nice.

Without wife or kids, you'll only have to support yourself. You will have an excess of time, and provided you have a somewhat decent job and can manage your finances, an excess of wealth too. Adapting to live on my own wasn't the issue for me. Bought a small apartment of my own (may upgrade to something with some land to grow food on at some point, but as of yet undecided) and paid off my student loan. I'm now in my late 30s and I am happily in the black.

But the true benefit is time. Any hobbies: You can fully indulge in them. Want to bingewatch an entire series without someone harping at you? You can do that! Want to be a mechanic that restores oldtimers for fun and profit? Make sure you got a decent shed, and have at it! Want to travel? You don't need to take anyone but yourself into account! Want to just withdraw and live on the internet? As long as you can pay the utility and net bills, noone is stopping you!

These are just some thoughts, but honestly, if you plan to go your own way, the keyword is your own way. No two men will walk the same path. Nor should they. Find what you are passionate about and indulge in it - that is a path to greater happiness then many men will ever know. Even though getting them to admit it before their divorce can be... tricky. Pride is a thing.

Hey, I'm someone who didn't attract women easily. I tried and tried, for many years, and guess what? I finally got a serious romantic relationship with an attractive woman, even though a Chad can have the same thing with basically no effort.

Also, guess what happened? She had all kinds of problems that she covered up at first. But it all slowly came to light. I think she basically dated me because she had so many problems that she couldn't get anyone "better." That's not a very nice way to treat me, was it? After a while in that relationship, I'm basically 100% sure that she was cheating on me (not sure how much), she was treating me very badly, and I just wanted out of that situation.

I am a good guy who is reasonably successful and tries to do the right things in life. I have a lot of good things about me, but I found that none of it really mattered in dating because I wasn't a "Chad."

I went back to online dating for a while and found it to be just as unfair and pointless as it ever was. After a while, I drifted away from it because it was simply being a waste of time -- it's basically impossible for a guy who is not considered particularly good-looking to have reasonable success at that, in my opinion.

I suggest reading this group for a while. Especially pay attention to the stories of bad romantic relationship experiences that guys have had. You'll probably start to realize that what you thought you were "missing out on," probably isn't exactly what you thought it was.

A book that I think I found out about on this group is called "The Rational Male." I suggest that you read that book. That was one of the first books I ever saw that explained my dating experiences. No mainstream dating book ever did.

For me, I reached the conclusion that dating was ridiculously unfair, and that it is largely about entertainment these days -- especially when you are talking about attractive people. I always wanted to find a beautiful woman that would be my partner for life, and who would find what she always wanted in me, for the good things about me, just the same as she would be perfect to me. What I now understand is that there is no particular reason for me to believe that such a situation reasonably exists out there for me to find.

Instead, there is the real world. Now, instead of a guy who is disappointed and confused because I'm not successful at dating, I look at the good things that I CAN reasonably find, in this world, for me, and I have the best life that I can. I've traveled all over the world, I've had amazing experiences, I have freedom, and I have things to look ahead to in the future, as well.

Maybe most importantly, I found my confidence and self-respect. You see, once a person walks away from dating, a lot of life's unfairness (stuff like what a person looks like) goes away to a pretty good level.

What a horrible waste it would have been if I had spent my whole life trying to force some dream to happen, whether or not it was meant to be, in my particular case. I wasted more than enough time already, but now I focus on living the best life I can.

Being MGTOW doesn't mean you have to be completely isolated. It just mostly means eliminating the *romantic* component of those relationships because they carry a lot of risk.

What's stopping you from just having friends (male or female), or people you hang out with?

I was sad about that perspective when I was younger, but not for long and consider being sad about that a mistake today. I know only my own inner life, but 1.) having no romantic life or significant other does not mean you are being alone; in fact, I had friends who neglected their social environment for longer periods of time because their girlfriends were so demanding.

2.) brainwashing plays a bigger role than you might think. I remember taking sitcom trashtalk about sleeping alone on saturdays quite seriously while laughing about it, for example, but felt that the joke was on me. that disturbed me.

3.) I had an affair for three weeks or so and discovered that my after hours life became totally boring; no more aimless cycling through the woods, no more tinkering with what I could not do at work, no more toking with actors and journos, no more cramming english and so on.

I don't know your needs, but I'm glad that I was never seriously tempted, because I would have missed out big time. The best wish for you is probably that you get an opportunity to try it and get out easily as soon as you discover that you don't need women. Virtually all my relationships with friends were temporary and superficial and I moved between countries for a while. In my opinion, you don't even need depth or seriousness in friendship. I believe that a significant other is insignificant in comparison to drinking buddies, regular patrons at the cafe, witty and able colleagues in projects, online pen pals, publishers, agents, random soul mates you meet at parties, mentors and mentees, even political opponents or rivals at work. Even if you are not a people person or rather quiet, you can have a good social life. Try to get around (but don't be too hysterical or systematic about it) along your lines of interest. As for self-improvement or "life 101" protips: I don't take them too seriously either, because I'm not a self-optimization nerd, but that's probably a matter of taste.

The best part is that anything can happen to a lonely man -- in a good sense! The hero's quest is often a random walk, best enjoyed "alone". Otherwise it would be a mobile picnic.

Friends and a larger community, gym buddies, work buddies, etc Just chose your closest friends very carefully. First,

though, upgrade your life so you'll become the type of person you'd want to hang out with. Much easier said than done, but very worth the long effort.

As far as my own experience of togetherness while being married, I honestly would rather die alone in a ditch than

to have gone on with that lonely soul destroying charade. No I'm not exaggerating, that's really how bad it can get.
