I'll start with my most recent experience. Went out with this "good Christian" girl three times.
Everytime we wanted to make plans to see each other, she wanted to dinner, lunch or brunch (those was our three dates Excluding the first where we met for drinks).
When we went out for dinner she would get upset that I didn't pay. But why the fuck would I pay? The tab was $40+ and she wasn't putting out.
Oh she paid for the brunch, which was $10 for 2 dollar pancakes and some orange juice.
Anyways the last dinner date we had she left to the bathroom and stayed in there around the time the server asked for the tab. That way she could avoid being asked to split the tab and expect me to pay for the whole thing.
I split the tab and she was upset and told me she doesn't see us working out.
Second time. One of my all time fav stories. Took this chick out and she was a complete bitch. She was in med school and talking down on my career saying how easy MBA degrees are compared going to med school.
I ordered one bud light. This bitch ordered an entire platter costing $20.
I told the server to split the tab. She gets upset and questions what kind of gentleman I am and the guy should always pay. No way in hell I was paying for her. My tab was only $3.00 bud light. I'm not giving you a free dinner.
I still follow her on instagram and she's like 34 now and still single.

I once did something similar to a girl actually.
We were set up to go on a date at one of the most expensive restaurant in town, she must have thought what a lucky girl she was to have a free meal in that establishment. So she showed up 20 minutes late already and asked where I am, I said I'm stuck in traffic jams apologizing many times, but if she is really hungry she can order whatever she likes and start eating, I also told her what I wanted.
So she ordered and the food came maybe 10 minutes later. She had a few bites and called me to ask when I will arrive, I told her I'll be here in 5 minutes. After that I turned off my phone and went to play some games.
I never even left my home, I knew what was up with her insisting on going to that restaurant, but I decided to have some fun with her.
Next morning I wake up and turn on my phone, she called some 200 times and sent over 600 messages. Turns out she ordered every dishes on the menu, the total bill was over a thousand euro and she had to ask her family to pay it, I knew exactly that this would happen, she sent me many insults and death threats, saying her cousins and brother will teach me. Nothing ever happened.
