To be honest she seems like she's working pretty hard at this. I hope that dedication finds its way into her diet, as someone who's fucked up a lot in the past and is starting to really find my footing I can only root for this person, ceteris paribus.

I knew a girl in college that did this. Obese and doing ballet. During a pirrouhette (sp?), her left knee gave out and she collapsed in a heap immediately. Torn ACL.

Thoughts? Just more questions. How is she so big if she's constantly exercising like that? I imagine she's taking in a ton of calories and carbs. How does she do this with all of that food in her stomach and not get sick? How does she have the energy? Even if she's on all kinds of antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds, how is she not burning off enough calories?

I think she has an increased likelihood of injuring her knees and ankles, and that she cannot execute a pointe technique without breaking every single toe.
