What do you mean how would we handle the situation? Tell your fucking partners, moron. It's that simple. Tell them what u have and they should get tested.

Shave all your pubes. Buy some over the counter lice remover and use it a few times and you will be fine.

Just let them know. It's not an STD. Could have got it from hotel bed sheets or wherever. Treatment sucks. You need to wash all your clothes and bedding and do the full body cream treatments a couple of time every week or so.

It's a bitch. But being clear about it is the best way so that they get treated too. This applies potentially to people you live with.

If left unchecked it can get nasty and then takes even longer to treat.
