Two years after my divorce I finally sold my house which I bought before my marriage. Title company looking at my divorce decree which says all asset I owned before marriage are mine, however Texas is a community property state so it should be 50/50. I’ve had no contact with my ex for those two years after my divorce signing so they examined my plea to take all the profits I make off the house since she left to living in another state.

They accepted my plea and I got my check.
