All the rich elite seem to be setting up camp in New Zealand. Might want to try there, you could also go to the middle of bumfuck nowhere USA, I'd recommend having your own provisions and protection though.

WWIII with between 1st rate powers. No place is safe once the nukes fly.

Anything well short of nukes flying will still leave the 1st world looking like a 3rd world shit hole in short order. Hacked/destroyed networks and infrastructure with bankrupt societies falling into some form of warlord type systems built around the remaining military and police units that are still relatively intact augmented by local "volunteers" (gangs, militia groups etc...). The places least likely to be affected are already those that are warlord run shit holes.

First world and second oil, food in super markets will get scarce fast even your systems aren't hacked or blasted to bits.
