Summary Data that we here at theREDPILL will not allow to be misconstrued

Body There is data out recently, story on Business Insider, you can find it there, that men physicians make more than women physicians. From the Medscape WebMD 2016 Physician Compensation Report (self-reported survey data):

Average female primary care $192,000. Average male primary care $225,000.

Average female specialist $242,000. Average male specialist $324,000.

But here is the deal, I am close to the work and salary aspects of this and know what I am talking about:

+it is a violation of the Sherman Anti-trust Act for physicians to even discuss charges. Physicians are prohibited from negotiating price with managed care companies or Medicare. It is "take it or leave it" when physicians and physician groups sign contracts with these third party payors. The paid amount is called "the allowable" and it is what it is. No changes.

+so, you clever red pill shitlords are already getting ahead of me! This is data that is absolutely uncorrupted by skill at negotiating. There is no place on an insurance claim form for the physician's gender. The amount a doctor makes is based solely on quantity of work performed, i.e. claims filed.

+it is totally obvious to anyone who spends any time around the medical profession that, with rare exceptions, men doctors work harder than women doctors. This is not bashing the females; there are perfectly legitimate reasons why women tend to work less hard. For example, CHOOSING more time with the kids, CHOOSING to marry other men doctors who are knocking it out of the park, CHOOSING to go home early, CHOOSING to take more time off, CHOOSING to drop out of the workforce to pursue other interests (especially because they married a male physician or, since women can only marry up, she married an investment banker who makes even more than she does), CHOOSING specialties that pay less like pediatrics, family practice and NOT cardiac surgery, and perhaps most importantly of all NOT HAVING AS MUCH TESTOSTERONE.

Lessons Learned Gender pay gap is bullshit. With rare exceptions women do not work as hard as men, and they are less productive. RP shitlords, let us call it what it is: CHOICES and not GENDER PAY GAP. Womyn have choices and bitch about it. Men take care of business without complaining.
