If you've ever had a female boss (yikes!), they don't leave the men alone to get the job done. They will interfere and cause disruptions if their ass isn't kissed hard enough. Women don't care if you are a good worker, they will fire you for not being a brown noser.

This is becoming more common in the construction industry. Women and a lot of men who have NEVER picked up a hammer trying to tell people how to build shit. They have no fucking clue how to deal with vendors, or inspectors, or even what to look for on a project, they don't know what it actually takes to build something because weather, location, and all the rest are absent in their cushy office.

Then they show up and run their mouth, while looking totally fucking stupid with their "rule book" in hand. Females are the absolute worst project managers, estimators, and whatever other title is bestowed upon them in the name of having a "competent female" on the job.

It's a real classic. I used to be a freight dock boss. Every day, the women managers would come back and bitch about this, bitch about that. Typically it was either something myself and my crew had no control over, or something piddly and stupid that didn't matter. Like the music we listened to, or the language we used while unloading trucks. You never heard that shit from any male manager. They didn't care what you were doing so long as you got the fuckin' job done, and they realized the situations and challenges because they HAD done my job before.

EDIT: And the female managers would ALWAYS be the first to crack under pressure.

This poster was hung on the breakroom fridge in our Union break room at work (large national utility company). Been there for years, guess who got offended when they were hired through the urban leauge for being a minority? Yup, the black woman that was new to the buisness called HR and we had to go through 8 hrs of compliance and sensitivity training.

I do apartment maintenance. Been doing it for seven years. I have never once had a man think they could do something better than me. Regularly have women either tell me I'm doing something wrong (yeah no) or belittle my job. Even though I can't, its pretty often I want to drop the parts, pack up the tools, and say, ok lady, do it yourself then.

Female director at my work hired her daughters boyfriend for a assistant management position even though he was totally unqualified. Then she actively worked against the current manager to get her fired so her daughter’s boyfriend could be the manager.

She actively bragged about this after it happened. Oh by the way, her daughter is 300lb+ and is marrying this guy in a few months.

Thats why they started doing "communication studies" the ones that didn't do Feminisim or African womens studies anyway. So that could put on a hard hat on a building site without actually learning any trade or being even practical. Whenever I have seen them its just an impression but they are tagging along and the men seemed to be helping them out. That was a long time ago though.

The perception I think has always been that women are better communicators. I think society has devolved in the last 20 years. If communication skills mean how to act like a 5 year old when you don't get what you want then yes they are good in my opinion.

The safety manager at my old job at a sewer was like that. She'd never done a day of work in the plant or the field in her life, but she'd be the first to tell you what you're doing wrong. Yeah, I know it's their job to keep you safe, but at least understand what were fucking doing before trying to write us up for not being safe enough.

At least the safety manager at my current job has done the work a little bit and understands some of what's going on. It should be mandatory for any boss or safety person to have done the job they're lording over.

This meme is actually as true as it appears. I work with people just like her down at the city permit office. When the white hairs retire in come the next generation. I purposely avoid as many women as I can because while they possess book knowledge they have ABSOLUTELY ZERO practical knowledge and continually attempt to fake their way through reading plans. The hiring of these women has easily slowed the entire permitting process by triple if not more. It is so bad that a cottage industry popped up whereby you can pay people to stand in line and do simple processing for you. It’s that bad.
