I've been more or less Mgtow even before I heard of the term..I've never chased women or pursued sex..I was lucky to get one night stands without much effort but all in all, messing with women just isn't worth the effort..my low sex drive helps me big time though

Just a side note: although this is true - there are many BP males that will think they're being MGTOW but are still grovelling and/or pedestalizing the pussy.
A true MGTOW is not phased by pussy when it crosses his path. If any woman that crosses him on a daily basis pleases him and behaves how a lady should, he might possibly bite. But only when it is genuinly in his interest and he does not need to court or chase her. He has a "take it or leave" it belief system and needs to 100% be disconnected from the pussy. It cannot have any power over him, the man must be the one the decides the narrative.
A good way to get this sense of identity is to go AWOL/monk mode for a while and learn to obtain value in oneself first. Then when you return to the real world, you stop treating women like they are something to pedestalize, which they honestly are not.

By the most basic definition of mgtow: as long as you agree marriage is a bad joke to never partake in (or to never partake in again for those that became mgtow the hard way), your a mgtow. Thus many TRP and even some PUA are included, although many of them look down upon the celibate MGTOW as losers, so they are still taking part in how the matriarchy ranks men, but a good mgtow can disregard the opinion of anyone else like water off a ducks back.

Got a visit from an old girlfriend who was in town for a couple days (she lives out of state).
She came over unannounced and we sat and chatted. I KNOW I could have lured her into bed, but I was tired, knew I had to get up very early, and just wasn't that interested. A local girlfriend of hers later told me my old girlfriend confided in her she was pissed "I didn't show interest" in her (didn't make a move) and sent her packing.
The thing is, if it wasn't a worknight and I had more energy, I might have fucked her, but that wasn't the case. Either way, I was in control.
If I HAD Fucked her and sent her packing, saying "I gotta get up early" doesn't mean I'm not MGTOW.
