I've seen this picture across the internet recent days, and I really don't understand what it is trying to show. I am from Sweden and we have some really high ranking female politicians. None of them are in this picture though. Are they even in the government? None of them are party leaders, except the one in the front who might have a shared leadership role with a guy in the fifth largest party of something like that. We have a female secretary of state, treasury secretary, democracy minister and opposition leader. Who the fuck are these guys? Only recognize the first one and she is definitely not our prime minister.

At my work, there was a recent communication from a female manager, advertising that another female lead will be directing a group of newly promoted team of coaches made up by four women.
