That's a good question. One that I've seen both several PUA and Barbarossa (MGTOW) speak of extensively.

As to women: Most women don't like to initiate sexual relationships, while at the same time a huge portion of women feel like they deserve the very pinnacle of men. Since women are not the chasers, it makes no sense for them to have realistic expectations at all.

Because they are taught by society that they do not have sexual wants (to increase the price of pussy in order to increase productivity and obedience in the stronger sex), they have rape fantasies because the men they go for do not have the time for mediocrity. Therefore they indulge in these fantasies so that they can a) imagine being guilt free if it were to occurr, and b) rationalize to themselves that their imagination that it is a product of society, not of their own wants. They are after all not the actors.

On heterosexual male rape fantasies, as the pursuer I suspect receptive rape fantasies would be almost non existent outside of people who . It's just speculation however. What I'm fairly certain of though, considering how few rapists murder their victim afterwards, is that it's a crime in the moment of a very specifc kind of person. (namely the poor impulse control ones)

A college sex ed class back 20 years ago said that a study found 50% of men would rape if he was guaranteed never to be caught. Of course this was a professor who was Ok with his underage teenage daughter riding the carousel upstairs in her bedroom. Not a typical dad.

The reason why that study was conducted was because there was a large amount (over half) of rape in popular romance novels (for women by women).

There is a problem with reading blogs about research rather than reading the actual research. Not to bad mouth the blog, but there may be points that might be left out, intentional or not.

For example, there was no correlation found between actual rape victims (15% of the participants were claiming to be victims) and rape fantasy.

Back to your question of "do men have rape fantasies?", we probably won't have any empirical research to show this because men don't buy (it's one of the most popular types book purchased by women) and read shitty romance novels about raping.

Which was another limitation of the study. There are a few things going on when talking about fantasy. There's the woman fantasizing and the non-consenting woman in the story. The actual woman is in no danger of actual rape. This falls in to the same category of typical people fantasizing about anti-social behavior. People may think about these things sometimes, it doesn't necessarily mean they're anti-social.
