Good day gentlemen,

This post is directed at new RedPillers as I myself am one. Veterans proceed if you please.

It's been a year since my brother introduced me to the RedPill. Although not until early this year have I made substantial effort at applying RP principles. More recently I have found that lifting actually does improve your presence (durrr). I've been at it for 5 months and the way people present themselves to me is quite different. Mind you I'm 5'8 around 160 and climbing. Although rare for new RP aware men, overt approach by women does happen. Yesterday was my first experience with this at the campus gym. It was abdominals day and I was near the end of my first workout set. I was switching b/n machines for the last exercise in the set. Not to mention a HB8 ,short small frame thick legs and an ass for days, was in full swing of her squats workout. There was definitely energy b/n us (I couldn't help but look every so often). I needed to do my last ab workout but my machine got commandeered by bros, this presented an opportunity. Since she had switched to doing deadlifts, the pull up bars on her rack were open (what I needed to complete my set). I walked up with no intention of opening her (confidence was on a low, my approach game still needed improvement, but my workout needed to be done!) , and politely said "Is it cool if get my last set in." Maintaining my objective after she complied, i did my set and noticed her staring the whole time. After I was done, before I even took a step she stopped me to ask about my ab workout and how she really liked my form when I was previously doing ab roll outs with the barbell. I got her number, I'll set something up later this week. She even wanted to give up her barbell for me to do my workout lol. This was a good booster to keep swallowing the pill.

Lessons: Lifting and getting in shape works, you never know who's watching and waiting.

Change and improvement definitely take time but it only gets better because confidence boosters will appear to you along the way if you stick to your goals and plans.
