Sexual technique needs to be learned. You learn much faster from the masters than you ever could by trial & error.

The best sex technique instructions I've ever read, hands down, are by David Shade. They're available from his site, and on the usual booksellers.

When it comes to instructional videos, though, the 2 best sources I've found are Welcomed Method (they're actually recommended by David Shade too) and a series called White Tiger Tantra by Steve Pincus. 2 Girls Teach sex is also very good, in spite of the ridiculous sounding name, if you are a real beginner, and need to learn the baby steps.
