April, for me, represents a month of great change. I realized that the folly in going my own way was that I was cutting out such an important part of life, which is interacting with women in an accepting, respectable manner. For too long did I live this 'bachelor' life which, in hindsight, playing video games and staying in 'freedom?' Brothers, hear me out: you have to grow up sometime. Love will find you, and it found me.

Fools will comment "oh mgtowguynow, you've turned into a white knight, you've turned into a simp." Nothing could be further from the truth. The day I met Anita, which was two weeks ago, I could feel my heart beat and I knew I had to talk to her. There she was, walking with her two children downtown. She caught my glance, and I made a move.

Day in and day out, I doubted this force. I thought that love was this airy-fairy bullshit concept only present in movies and TV shows. Boy was I wrong. I made a casual comment about this guy passing by playing a Nintendo DS, and said to her "what kind of adult man still plays video games?" She laughed and said "I know, right? It's hard to find a real man."

Mother of all that is obvious! I knew this was my time, I asked "so, you're single?" And she said yes! I asked her for her number, and we hit it off. Our first date was glorious, I paid for everything, as a man should. She talked my ear off about how she divorced her first husband for being immature, and I really resonated with that. Those kids need a father, this strong woman needs a strong man, and I'm ready to cast aside my immaturity and step up to the plate.

Fuckers like the deadbeat bum she was with have no sense of responsibility, unlike me, a real man who knows how to serve women. On our third date, while we haven't had sex yet, I was ready to make the leap and propose. I wrote her a poem, sensually kissed her, and whispered in her ear "read the first word in each paragraph." They spelled "will you marry me?" And that look...oh that look of joy from her, men, you need to experience it. Oh right, I forgot to mention, SHE SAID YES! The MGTOW phase was good, but I'm ready to grow up and accept responsibility. Gentlemen, don't avoid responsibility, step up to the plate. Love will let you know when it's time.
