I am from one of costliest cities in Germany and i have a new prototype in the field of opto acoustic imaging and cell tracking. My biggest mistake was i hired a bachelor's business graduate girl to manage the marketing and fund raising. Initially we were funded ( with 0% equity ) incubator.

its 4 months passed, we messed up. Since all three of us are technology guys except the girl,and we are working full time in research institute ,we cared less what she did. After 4 months she mismanaged €60000 and worse much of furniture and IT for office was bought at very costly price instead of cheap IKEA . She wants to feel well in 2 room office of our startup,she decorated the shit with costly sofa,6 Mac Pcs (i suggested buy ACER and install ubuntu), A big table,completely new dining set. We dont even have a single employee now, The money is for launching first prototype of our product. It's complete waste of money. I will never work in women only startup
