You cannot use any form of consent (video, email, consent form, etc) to prove that you didn't rape the woman because it's part of her sexual history. You cannot bring up a woman's sexual history in court which includes proof of consent. Unfortunately, that rule doesn't seem to apply for the rape charge itself- because that's also her sexual history isn't it?

So, no evidence is needed in Canada for a rape charge and there's no way to defend yourself there. I've been following this for a while. Videos, e-mails, etc.. they've all been illegalized as defense.
