This. A lot of people mistakenly believe MGTOW is a movement of men who hate women.
But in reality, it's just a philosophy on living life.
Yes, we make fun of women in this sub. We express disdain regarding their decisions and actions. We even rightfully complain when women enlist the help of hired thugs (politicians) to do their dirty work in family/divorce court.
But we don't hate women. The fact is, we don't care enough about them to hate them. They're a non-issue as long as we remain unattached (unmarried, no kids) to them.
We're always going to make fun of them because they fail so hard at life. But if given a choice between interacting with women and ignoring them, most of us (hopefully) would choose the latter in a heartbeat.

As I said in another comment here, I don't know the details of her personal life or the men in it.
Ultimately, 'AWALT' and 'chameleons' lack nuance. It serves the purpose for most of the discussion here, because we are looking at the worst situations of men in this sub, most of the time. Very much like a person with a fever at a hospital. Most likely they are physiologically sick. Is this true ALL the time? No. The times that isn't true are so few and far between, that non-illness can be safely ignored.

It's mainly a movement created for VERY PRIVILEGED women back then, who benefited a lot for it, as well as the capital. When it comes to everyone else, it created more problems than it solved in the long term. Even for women, who ended up with a work charge a lot more intensive and sometimes incompatible with their biology.
The "genius" of feminists is that they managed to present himself as the "good guys", so you HAD to agree with them and overlook its schizophrenic tendencies even if they were negative for you. The retarded nature of feminism that you can constantly see is its natural extension and corruption over time, and how people somehow try to reconcile this "it's a great thing for women and always was" propaganda with reality and the problem it brought them, that used to be male-exclusive (often using a scapegoat for doing so; namely men; just to allow them to avoid reality: feminism was never about "helping all women").
When you try to reconcile two things that absolutely CANNOT happen together because of how the world work (or rather because of how capitalism works, in this case), you always end up with a bunch of incoherent nonsense, which is why it looks like a severe mental disability and almost look like someone being crazy in the clinical meaning. I can swear that if men weren't available as a scapegoat anymore they'd find another one instead, just to avoid aknowledging the scam that feminist was and how empty-headed they were to wish for thigns without thinking about long-term consequences.
