You are forgetting the Alpha Fux on this one. Women are just as visual as men. They just find only the top shelf men sexually attractive.

You can easily make a case that women want security from men like men need sex from women. Though a lot of that is diminished due to them having their own career. But those ugly guys have social status, which always comes with a healthy serving of security.

I mean, how many ugly guys are fuck buddies to women?

Well they do, and I've said that multiple times. You can become rich or gain status as a man easier than a woman can hope to get good looking if shes not, unless its just weight.

I'd much rather be an ugly man than an ugly woman.

I generally agree with the assertion, however if it were universally true as it is for women (all attractive women are prized), then it would mean men had a basically guaranteed route to success in the mating realm, vis a vis making money. This is a patently false claim, as many men simply will never enjoy the kind of universal appeal an attractive woman does, in spite of being wealthy. Bezos, Gates are not sex icons and not in demand from most attractive women. You need the Looks, money, status trifecta to be the equivalent.
