TL:DR - a woman that I manage didn't listen to me. Once I became an asshole and got HR to (almost) fire her, she's turned into the perfect employee. Why do women respond so much better to fear?

I concentrated on my career. As a result, despite being only in my 30s, I already manage a group of people, in this large corporate institution.

One of the people I manage is this "alpha" female, that a number of guys in the office want to sleep with; she's got a bombshell body, looks, tits, etc. She's in her early 30s, divorced, with a small kid. She has not hit the fall (she looks like she's still in her mid-20s, for whatever reason).

Long story short, when I treated her politely (like I did with everyone on my team), she didn't follow my instructions, didn't do her work, spent her time of the phone, etc. After complaining to one of my higher ups, he suggested I document and complain to HR (human resources).

I did that. In the past six months, due to her, I have become the stereotypical tyrannical boss that people hate. I complained about her so much, that HR has notified me she is on the short list to be fired.

The result? She turned into a fucking sheep. She does everything I tell her, does her job, doesn't question my authority ... she's turned into a humble servant. I don't know what to tell HR, when they will ask me for a follow-up.

This woman has turned into literally the perfect employee. She seems shocked that I can be this way; probably thought I was a beta cuck, because I was polite to her (WTF?). Now, she's visibly concerned.

Why do women respond so much better, to assholes? I really hate being this way, as it is not in my nature. But it seems that people respect me more when I am this way. Now, a part of me wants her to get fired, as I get the feeling this is only a pathetic act to keep her job. I'm already turning into a monster :(
