Most will tell you to bail because of no single mom but I think thats more of wifing up or serious LTR. As long as no other red flags, they can be fun and have limited time to hound you as they have kids to take care of.

She is still under her parents roof so she is under their rules, them being older I can understand them probably being freaked out and controlling their environment as best they can. See if you can keep on shelf til everything blows over while you work on other chicks. If her interest level drops no sweat off your back
