This is probably more of a personal venting session, but I just want to make it clear to young MGTOW'ers that this could very easily be you when you get "older".

I went to University aged 21. I had friends galore. By that, I mean I had 10-15 people in my phonebook I could call at any point and they'd be down to go somewhere. Once we even got the ENTIRE group out (ikr, that never happens!) Well it did.

My long-term girlfriend was there. All 10+ friends. "There" was bowling. We were all laughing hard. We were all equally as bad as the other and we were living free and carelessly. Sure, we were all students studying, but it was one hell of a group. I miss those days like you wouldn't believe. As the years went on, each friend disappeared - no-one argued, we just went off and did our own thing. The girls in the group got pregnant and disappeared off with their boyfriends or to become "single mothers", whatever that entailed.

That left us with 3 guys including me. One of the three guys left university and now messages me regularly saying he wish he stayed - he hasn't had a good job since. He got married and cohabits with his wife. Super nice guy but meh....that's his life now. Low wages and married life.

My "best" friend and I were all that was left out of the 15 people. Both of us had been dating our girlfriends for 7 years, he'd been dating his slightly longer, maybe 9 years. Anyway, I swear within months of eachother, both our fiancées had cheated. Yep. They thrown away 7 and 9 years respectively. It fucking hurt so bad. I've posted about it enough in here.

Anyway, I was still blue pilled, so we dated two girls who were also friends. The 4 of us went out together and me and the chick stopped fucking, so I asked my "best" mate if we should go find some new chicks. Anyway, he didn't want to. And kept going out with both of them and taking pics with them - real simpy shit. So that was pretty much the last we spoke.

So here's the kicker. I went from being 21. More friends than I'd ever had who were always down to hang out, to aged 30, single, almost literally no friends. I literally have colleagues now (whom I don't class as friends) in my phonebook. I've still got some sort of metal health stuggles with my ex cheating on me after 7 years and engaged to be married.

TL;DR - Enjoy the moment. But nothing lasts. Friends WILL disappear someday. Your girlfriend WILL monkey-branch. Mine did after 7 years. My best friend's did after 9 years. I hate to sound depressing, but it's all a fucking illusion. Go your own way. Don't waste time in relationships or building up friendships - invest, save cash, spend on things you enjoy. Thanks for reading.
