Hey RP, long-time lurker here. I want to share my personal experience over this last summer as far as women/kino/body go.

I used to be THIN. 6'2" and 151 lbs. That was a year ago, and I was still an AFC and recovering nice guy.

I gained 32 pounds over 6 months and worked on myself/game/career/goals. The weight came on slow and it was hard to see if the women were flocking due to confidence or body. I'm sure it was a mix of both, BUT, then I left the city I was in and completed a life-long dream. Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. It took me 101 days in the wilderness and I lost 27 pounds through the process.

Being back in the game for 3 weeks, I notice an incredible difference in how girls react to Kino, and talk about me.

Pre-Hike: At 6'2", 183 lbs: This weight was not even built/ripped, BUT I was bigger than I'd ever been and girls would approach me on the regular in bars/clubs (not hot girls generally). I also received positive IOI's from Kino 90% of the time, or more. Some of the things girls said to me, "Whoa, you have... muscles." "I like your body." "Your back is so strong." Shit tests at this point were also almost exclusively anti-slut LMR tests.

Post-hike: I have gained 8 lbs back and am a thin 165 lbs. I have approached many girls, gotten numbers, BUT, Kino-ing does NOT have the same affect. They don't giggle or send IOI's like they used to, and I've heard things like. "You are anarexic." "I could beat you up." "I LIKE thin guys." Shit tests now are relationship oriented. They'll tell me about not wanting a jerk anymore, trying to get me to "man up" and be that good guy for them.

I am excited to build back up, I've done it once and am happy to do it again, but it was a very clear dichotomy with the two body types. Since I didn't 'game' while I was hiking the difference is night and day. When I was bigger, girls preemptively put me in the hookup/jerk category, and tested me. At my lower weight, girls now automatically put me in an LTR/nice guy category and test me on it. It makes for a lot of good laughs for me, but also a lot of dropped girls. I have to say, I can't wait to have the weight back.
