I was posting on a thread about avoiding unwanted male attention in a certain male-dominated industry and empathizing with a woman who posted screenshots from delusional middle-aged men who "thought there was something there" when she was just doing her job.

Since imgur isn't working here was my comment:

"Men are gross and will do anything to shoot their loser shot. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. Yeah even if it's just for a day or a week it still takes an emotional toll. Once they're done I'd block and forget. Men, especially older ones, are completely delusional (i.e. holiday fling) and will literally construct fantasies out of you breathing in their presence. No there wasn't anything "there" and yeah the whole point of my job is to make you feel comfortable with me... ugh the AUDACITY."

This is a women-only group so I wonder what Pickme reported this as hate speech lmao unless we have male lurkers. So annoyed right now bc you can bet your ass they don't remove disparaging comments about women this fast!!!
