If he was HVM he wouldn't entertain this woman. He either shuts it down and cuts contact or you walk. It might do some good if you pack up and stay with a girl friend for a night or two (if possible) so you can think and he gets consequences. But IMO if he said anything more than platonic to her since you were together, I would leave...
