So I started a job today in a bakery to make some extra spending money while I'm in grad school. A very sweet coworker who has been showing me the ropes works THREE jobs in total, all in catering/restaurants. I had to fake smile and laugh as she 'joked' about how her husband (and father of her three sons) literally will not cook/food prep or do anything beyond laundry and taking out the trash. She sometimes tells people "I have four boys" (as in 4 male children). She is out here busting her ass, on her feet 12 hours a day in kitchens all around town to give her family the best life possible, yet dude can't be bothered to fucking meal prep. I AM LIVID.

I hope she knows that she can request her paycheck be deposited via direct deposit into more than one account. That woman really needs to be covertly siphoning off a portion of each of those three check into a bank account that only she has access to, ideally at a different bank from the one she and her husband use.
That woman needs to start stashing away her money for a rainy day that isn’t too far in the future.

Only way this is good is if it just means they have more time for sex when they get the chores done fast in the morning and spend the rest of the day in bed? But I don't see that as a possibility lmao.
