Many many many men will try to get away with claiming you via text. They will constantly text you, ask you questions, stroke your ego, pretend every interest you have is also something they “love to do”. Men always mirror in order to garner your interest, but it’s especially prevalent and obvious through text.

All of this is to keep you occupied so you have less time to focus on other guys. This is their intent. They take advantage of the fact that girls are stereotyped into always wanting guys to text them.

I make them ask me out within the first 10 or 15 texts/within the first couple of hours. If they don’t ask me out, I just ignore them. They’ll call and beg and plead but I just keep ignoring them. If they start blowing me up too much i just block them.

I’ve literally got 3 text threads from guys in the past week who have made it past the asking out stage, but they keep trying to constantly text me.
