I came back to college, finally after years of sicknesss, but now I discovered I have a horrible problem:
When I don't understand things I start to panic and procastinate out of pure anxiety, so my homework is suffering, my gpa is suffering (I'm studying from home because of covid) and I'm even having nightmares and eating badly beceause of this. I feel so anxious that I can't even cry out of frustration, I'm just in this constant stare of low level existential angst all the time.
Someone else finding unespected obstacles in their journey? (off course covid is making everything difficult, not just achieving goals but even the most basic things)
