Work on yourself. You don’t have to delete social media but you can work on yourself. Work out, read books, learn a new hobby, occupy your time with friends...learn how to put on makeup, clean your house (like really clean it). Try not to look at social media until you’ve done something productive.

You’re seeking validation, which is common in today’s world. Sometimes I look on SM and I’m like “why don’t I have 23k followers🙄” And I def want people to like my posts. But I just want to be bomb in real life, you know? So I work on myself.

1) dont have a crush 2) block your ex's on everything 3) keep several men on rotation & dont get attached prematurely 4) get healthy hobbies 5) consider stepping away from social media all together.

You could try pausing before you hit "post", and taking a minute to think about why you're posting the thing at all. Are you sharing it because someone specific needs to see it? Maybe just send them a DM or text instead. Is it an accomplishment you want to share because you're proud? Think of the people in your life who would be genuinely proud of you too, and consciously look forward to how they make you feel, vs someone who would just comment "good job babe x" and never mention it again when you see them IRL.

Posting it and logging off to go do something more interesting helps a bunch. So does disabling or lowering the amount/type of notifications you receive.

Eventually you'll talk yourself out of posting pickme-bait (can I call it that?) & break yourself of the dopamine rush that we all get from notifications. Seriously, social media is engineered to be addictive.

Remind yourself that these men can all be easily replaced by other men that might even treat you better.

Remind yourself just how sad it is to have your entire life revolve around some guy who is probably not even thinking of you half as much as you are currently of him.

Remind yourself you are a whole and rounded person who does not need validation from men in her life.

Remind yourself you are an incredible woman, trying to live her best possible life. Now really think about if you want this incredible woman wasting this time posting stuff just to get the attention of men, or if you want her to be doing something more productive.
