It doesn’t matter if he’s an ass or not. It’s the way you respond. Are you willing to just put up with this behavior because so far you have and it’s hurt you again and again. He hasn’t done anything for you, you haven’t dated. You’re putting yourself through this situation unnecessarily. So if you want to be hooked on a guy four years younger that you haven’t dated and seems like an ass that’s for you to decide. So far you’ve just taken it- lol I would have been ignoring him far before any of this occurs. Block him. Find a guy who’s better.

You're infatuated. You started playing his game and you keep feeding into it.

He's just a cute dude, they're a dime a dozen. Buy a new vibrator, block him, and stay away. He's sounds about average on the asshole scale. Not worth hating, but not worth keeping around in any capacity. Just not worth.... anything really. Like, a zero mental energy kind of dude.

You know he's an ass but you confessed anyway. You confessed but you don't want anything from him. He thinks you're playing a game with him so he played a game with you back. You're right, he is an asshole through and thorough but it's you who let him treat you that way. You knew but you still confessed anyway. His ego went sky roof because you confessed to him and now his ego is boosted everytime you got annoyed when you see him talking about other girls or talking to other girls. This guy literally use women for ego boost, why do you fall in love with him? I'm sorry to say but in this case it's on you sis. You brought this upon yourself, cut contact with him please if you love yourself. And go to therapist if you have any trauma that cause you to behave this way. I'm sorry again.

I think I’m right in saying, he’s not a jackass he’s a child.

If you ever date a younger guy, expect him to lack emotional immaturity. It’s a totally fair assumption especially if he’s a teenager/young adult.

I’m not shaming you for going younger, but there are some realities d younger guys. Even myself as a 20 year old am reluctant to date guys my age, because they’re just not here mentally.

GIRL, I KNOW. I'm doing a BS communication dance with a dude right now. And maybe it was pickme behavior but I got it out of my system. I recorded a voice memo and sent it and left it up to him. I'm not saying you do that, but I'm looking at my transitional phase to FDS leveling up as an analysis and experimental period as I gain confidence in myself. Mostly I'm just focused on myself right now.

It could be any number of things, but it's not your job to do emotional labor for him and analyzing this situation. I've been doing that, too. F*ck that. xo

As I read your other posts, the boy is typical Mormon boy raised in Mormon community. Isn't he from Utah or idaho? Or somewhere where Mormons are concentrated? Very judgemental and judge anybody (even non members) by their religious standard. Their life is much less diverse and they are afraid to have a life that does not fit in the Mormon mold because other members look down on members who do not fit in the mold.

Couples that women is older than men are not so unusual these days but in Mormon community, it's looked as queer, like both the men and the women are not attractive and gave up on finding the ideal partner.
Temple marriage is one of the most important thing for them. Both bride and groom must be good worthy Mormon to have temple marriage.

Dating and marrying someone like you make him not fit in the Mormon mold and is looked down by other church members. Of course, not all the Mormons are like this, but typical of them and the guy definitely sees you through Mormon goggle as he says like you are an old bag! at late 20s! Don't take me wrong, I never mean you are worthless old women. Nothing is wrong with you, it's just Mormon standard and the guy is just living in a sheltered Mormon world. Despite their 2 year mission, most Mormon never learn to see things without their Mormon goggles on.

You'd better give up on him, better not have a hope you may have a relation with him. You may have a relation with him but it will not last long anyway because of his religion. You don't have to force yourself to think he is an asshole or a fuckboy to forget him. Just think it's a pity he doesn't realize he is narrow minded and living in a small world while you can live with much more freedom and have more choice of date and partners.
