Risk,status, power and control.

Women are risk averse generally, so as group they only jump in when men have borne most of the risk.

They join in to gain status, power and control over men. Men with a separate power, status hierarchy that women have little say is dangerous to them.

First, it's simply attention seeking. Being in the center of attention, looking and feeling important, those things.

Second, money. Usually the white collar quota jobs women want are the ones that come with great salary, great pensions and all kinds of benefits.

Third - agenda. Infiltrate every authority, office, party and what else exist out there and comes with the opportunity to propagate your agenda and then abuse the crap out of that position.

Here in Germany, for instance, we have a constitutional judge, Susanne Baer, which is a hardcore manhater and feminst activist. She actually claims that the merit principle in academia is sexist, because it would be men who stand in their labs until late at night and who spend weekend working, while women would value their precious 'work-life-balance' much more and thus, don't want to waste time with actual research. Her solution? Just give every woman in academia who wants it the titles and the according salary.

Fun thing: this is pretty much what happened to her. Position after position without any qualification or work. She actually never even worked one single day as a judge. And when you read her grounds for her judgments, it shows even when you are far from being a lawyer.

And you know what she actually said when she got 'elected' (i.e. heaved into position by the leftist Green party as part of an agreement with other parties)? How great, as a constitutional judge I can make decisions no one is legally allowed and able to change, so NOW I can finally make feminist politics without anyone interfering. Which is a massive violation of the constitution, but who cares, right?

And yes, she immeditately started to make quite radical feminist and leftist politics the moment she got into that position.

When I was a kid I built a treehouse in a wooded area near my house. I dragged all the lumber out, and the ladders, and the tools, and built it with my own hands. It took me most of the summer, and was quite a bit of labor for a 10 year old.

Then a couple of girls from the neighborhood showed up and wanted to "share" it. Which meant they wanted to use it, without my permission, and alter it as they saw fit (i.e., ruin it).

After some childish squabbling I eventually tore it down, rather than see it wrecked.

The analogy is obvious.

Every human animal has the basic instinct for survival. For women, being cut off from males for protection and resources is a death sentence. (I should say WAS a death sentence, they got Big Daddy Government for protection and resources). It is an instinctive need they have to invade male spaces for survival. It ties into so much more, like social status, reputation, need for acceptance, heard mentality. Basically in a Paleolithic tribe, if her status and reputation was trash, no Alpha seed to breed and no Beta for resources and protection. She and her bloodline dies. Women have to put themselves in the males face (both figuratively and literally) so they dont get cut off and left behind.

It's because feminism has told them that the one role in life that will actually make them happy is bad. A woman's entire biology is wrapped around being a wife and mother. This is the only thing that will truly satisfy them and make them feel content.
