Alpha's get to choose -- that's a basic RP premise -- nothing stopping an alpha from choosing to have only one woman. If that's what a guy chooses to do (as opposed to having no other choice) more power to him. TRP can help such an alpha by making sure he'll be able to keep such a woman.

When I asked myself that question my answer was "no".

If you reach the same answer then it is worth it.

My objective was not to bang as many girls as possible though. I just wanted to keep one.

Depends on what part of yourself you feel is detrimental to getting laid. If you're a pushover type, it's worth ditching and reforming that part of yourself regardless of getting laid. Other shit might not be worth the effort and you would be better served figuring out how to make it work for you instead of against you

If banging girls is your goal then yes. You aren't entitled to women's attraction so you have to ask yourself what you're willing sacrifice to meet their standards. It's not in your best interest, but women are under no obligation to twist their desires for your benefit.

The good news though is that it's not really "ignoring yourself" so much as being able to turn into a cocky stubborn asshole on command, since women respond disfavorably to kindness and accommodation.

Speaking as an improved omega, it was absolutely worth it. Eventually I came to accept my new personality and used it as the backbone for my whole shit, not just for laydeez.

That said, I don't believe in "type a/b personalities" or an "essential you" - your shit changes constantly throughout your life. I wouldn't be so attached to your so called beta foundation.

From my point of view ignoring yourself (to get laid) is the exact opposite of being red pilled.

Being red pilled for me is to embrace your masculinity while improving your attractiveness (both physical as with [masculine] personality traits) as well as self improvement based upon by taking responsibility for yourself, your actions, your problems, your life, your health, your boundaries and your identity.

The ability to get laid or to get more sex is a by-product of your road to self improvement.

It’s not a state of ignoring oneself so much as it is a state of introspection, objective self observation, and self critique based on the feedback women give us via their sexual choice making.

We then use that feedback to bring ourselves more into line with the characteristics that women actually desire as evidenced by their actual sexual choice-making. Quite the opposite from ignoring ourselves, we improve ourselves and improve the quality of our interactions with women by doing so. And make no mistake, when a man becomes more sexually attractive to women, the quality of all his interactions with women improves whether or not his goal is to be sexually intimate with them.

As to whether or not it “works” and is “worth it,” I wold urge you to study RP philosophy closely and experiment for yourself as that is the only way that you’ll be able to truly answer that question for yourself. Generally, people who review their results critically and adapt themselves to the feedback of those results tend to be more successful than those who do not and those who merely listen to what they are being told.
