I used to use sorry so much it became a filler word. Ever since I’ve become more aware of it, I have really tried to cut back because I was saying sorry for things out of my control. I still feel like people might think I’m a bitch, but I also have noticed that I haven’t been mentally blaming as many things on myself causing me unnecessary stress.

Omg the eating dessert one triggers me. Once on date night my LVM ex called me Guzzle Guts when I ate the desert we ordered. I weighed 45kgs btw

Agreed. One of the things I’ve been working on is being assertive. Setting down your boundaries doesn’t mean you’re an asshole, it’s healthy to do so. But man, do I sometimes feel like an asshole since I’m not used to it.
