I'm not sure I would go with Native American without checking regs. Maybe it is ok to identify as the race but not a particular tribe. I only mention that because Native American tribes actually get specific carve-outs in laws because of reservations/etc and there is probably a process to get identified as belonging to a particular tribe.

Best to pick a race without that baggage, but maybe native american is OK if you don't claim any tribal affiliation.

As far as picking races goes, I think that is safe because of Jim Crow. However, if you can get the same benefits by simply identifying as a woman then that is probably a much easier path. In most states changing your gender identity is completely streamlined, and nobody questions anything because they don't want to be hung out in the public square.

In many states you just ask your doctor for a diagnosis of gender dysphoria. Just go in and tell your doctor that you really feel like you've always been a woman and that you want a diagnosis so that you can change your identity officially. Say that you aren't comfortable with or interested in transitioning. Avoid saying that you're doing it just for legal benefits. Once you have a documented diagnosis there is usually just a form you fill out and attach documentation to it and send it to your state and they'll issue you a new birth certificate with the new gender on it. Now you just go about the normal process for correcting IDs/etc. You don't need to try to update everybody who has you in a database, but make sure you at least have that birth certificate before you go claiming any kind of federal benefits, because lying on those forms usually carries stiff penalties.

You are talking impulsively out of annoyance, which is understandable (and highly relatable, actually). But what you are saying is to essentially play games with the system.

Women play games for power. Most men like to earn and live with their family. That is what they do They have no desire or inclination towards playing games. I reckon, men will just take it.

They'll do what they do, until they can't. Then, they'll try harder to do it regardless of how hard it keeps getting. When it eventually becomes impossible, they'll turn around to solve the problem preventing them from doing it, whatever it is.

MGTOW's number, while growing, are tiny. We won't accomplish much by attempting these games.

We'll just have to go our own way and stop overly funding the government, or funding women in any way. In the meantime, observe and wait for the average man to act by himself while feeding him red pills when he asks for them, and only after making sure it won't hurt us to do so.
