Lol this reminds me of a when I had a group of friends surveying for who wanted to join in a small gift exchange. This one person would prefix all her participation with "my husband said it's okay if... (condition)", "my husband is only okay with it, if"... etc in the context of whether to receive what kind of gifts (edible vs not) and how they are delivered (left on the porch) while observing social distancing
No her husband does not work in healthcare or anything like that.
I should find a way to ask her if I need to call someone or come get her
