I’m currently in an organization with very few attractive girls and many guys. Some of which happen to be my best friends. Up until recently I have stayed out of it as the quality of girls vs the competition wasn’t worth it. But with summer here we’ve had a handful of very attractive girls come in, 2 of which I’m interested in. The girls are easily the two most attractive in the organization and are receiving a lot of attention, including from some of my friends. These guys are all 6’2 minimum from avg looking to fairly good looking. One of my best friends is one of them and not to suck him off but he’s extremely charismatic and pretty good looking. I’m a little above average height probably equal in looks and black(idk if that matters). I have a very good physique which I get complemented on, but I don’t typical wear outfits that reveal it.

Unfortunately I am in a lower position in the organization simply because I’m new so most of these guys are in positions of power over me. It’s kinda fucked but I’m just curious if I can/should pursue this girl. I got a couple girls im talking to but none come close to her in looks and personality. I’m also in a rather tough position for meeting new attractive girls until I move to a big city soon. It’s not the type of org where dating is frowned upon fyi. My friend has fucked every girl thats come through so far. I’m not nearly as charismatic, in fact im rather introverted. I’m normally fine when it comes to random girls but I struggle with girls in my immediate circle. How would you express interest and go about it?
