My lifts are around 550 deadlift, 350 bench and 500 squat I can toss around most girls with ease. I was strong before I started getting girls though so I didn’t pay attention to it.

No idea, but I think it becomes ‘easy’ if you weigh 1.8x more than them. Anything more and it goes from easy, to still easy. Anything less and it becomes more work than it’s worth.

It’s pretty shallow, but it’s definitely an ego boost when you can effortlessly pickup a girl while simultaneously pumping wood.

I was able to carry all my 3 lays without any workout. One was 40 kg one was 50 and the other 60. Any regular workout will help you no problem.

It's not necessarily comparable because a 1RM is not comparable to sex but 2 plates maybe for squat and bench and you'll be in the top 10%
