As the title states, I’ve recently noticed that plates / potential LTRs have called me “emotionless” on multiple occasions. In one instance, I actually had one walk away because I wouldn’t open up to her. The specific ultimatum was “either you open up more or I cannot keep doing this”. As expected, I did not.

Not only because of the ultimatum, but because if I’ve learned anything from TRP it’s that showing “needy emotions” is the quickest way out the door with women. I do not voice my “emotions” in words such as “I’m very upset with you”. Rather, I speak through actions and consequences. Beyond that, tbh I simply cannot be bothered having these kind of conversations.

However, it has brought the question to me of whether there is compromise in this. Has anyone found the right balance between “opening up” and being considered “emotionless”.
