I was pleasantly surprised by Dua Lipa's Boys Will Be Boys too, for similar reasons. All of the lyrics hit home but I particularly love the bridge in which she clearly speaks to the NAMALT audience: "If you're offended by this song, you're clearly doing something wrong."

I've come across more and more "strong independent woman" -songs and music about the existence of sexual harassment etc.

And I love that these topics are used more in songs.

One Gen Z song that I love is Home With You by Madison Beer! It's about a girl being confident in herself, telling a boy that she doesn't play games, and telling him that she doesn't want to hook up with him under any circumstances. Plus her voice sounds great and the instrumental is really fun.
