Long story short:

I worked late, fell asleep with phone off.

GF is at a night out with friend because we're leaving on a trip soon, so she wants to say goodbye.

Best friend of hers drives home intoxicated and gets arrested. She tries to call me a million times because that was her ride home, my phone is on silent and I'm asleep.

In the morning she mentions she called her ex BF (lawyer) for advice.

I stay stoic when I hear this but I drop her off at home and leave.

Thoughts? I feel like this is a deal breaker.
